Joanne & Noel Faddis

Joanne Faddis
A long-time resident of Pensacola, Joanne was educated locally.  Upon completion of her formal education at Pensacola Junior College, she quickly established herself as a leader and achiever through her work in the County School System, and as a Parent- Teacher Association President. 

In 1986, Joanne joined the staff of REALTY MARTS International and following extensive training and involvement in all phases of the Resort Management Department, she was appointed manager in 1988.  Under her direction, "RMI Vacations" has grown to new dimensions, resulting in the most efficient, responsive service available to owners and guest.  RMI Vacations is now recognized as the leading resort management department in the area. 

As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Joanne is also one of the top leaders in sales, and recipient of the prestigious RMI President Award.  She is also a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and is responsible for the management of several condominium associations on Pensacola Beach.  She holds membership in the Pensacola Association of Realtors and Multiple listing Service. 

Her hobbies include reading, tennis and training at Gulf Breeze Fitness Club.

Noel Faddis
A resident of Pensacola since 1963, Noel relocated here from Philadelphia to enter the real estate profession with RMI and has been active in nearly every phase of the business since.  He received a BS Degree in Business from Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA.  and has since completed numerous courses and studies related to his field. 

He is an elder in the Presbyterian Church and is active in Optimist International, having served as it's Florida Governor, and on the Optimist International Board of Directors as Vice President.  On the lighter side, as a public speaker, he gained the reputation as being the "Humorist with a Message" and as a look-a-like celebrity; he has appeared on the cruise ship "Love Boat" as Purser Smith better known on the popular television series "The Love Boat" as Gopher. 

Noel believes in serving his community as evidenced by his membership on the Board of Friends of Children at Sacred Heart Hospital, Easter Seals, YMCA Northeast, Agape's House and Drug Rehab, Boy's Club, The Panhandle Youth Assistance, Blood Bank, the Navy League of Pensacola.  Representing the Pensacola Sports Association, he served annually as Housing Chairman for the Professional PGA golfers at the Pensacola Open Golf Tournament.

Ed Vallimont

Married to Kathy for over 17 years and has three sons. He has been involved in Real Estate for over ten years and has been a Florida licensed Real Estate Agent since 1997. Ed has a degree in higher accounting and a professional Certificate in Data Processing. He has owned Pier One Systems, which is an accounting and tax service business, since 1986. His 25 years as an accountant has given him the experience to address tax sensitive issues such as 1031 tax exchange, home sale gains and exclusions, estate real property liquidation, investment property evaluations, investment property tax deduction, Foreign estates and businesses plus much more.

Mike Thiel

Prior to relocating to Pensacola Beach, Michael owned and operated a full service insurance agency for 11 years in Houston, Texas. Previously, his career was in banking, and the real estate business as a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana. He also holds a Series 6 NASD mutual fund license.

Following graduation from Loyola University where he earned a BA Degree in Business Administration, Michael frequently visited the Pensacola Beach area and over the years developed a plan to permanently return to the area to invest in and develop beach properties.

Since then Michael has been instrumental in purchasing, developing and selling properties on Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, Perdido Key Beach and in the East Hill area of Pensacola.
